What elements of training are necessary for training the new Pastor to the Pastors and Rostered Leaders program?

Well, we've got our Pastors to the Pastors and Rostered Leaders folks identified and prayed over.  Now we need to train them.  They are obviously competent, so we don't need an extensive program, but here is what Kay Johnson suggested:
